Durham,
NC —The
Durham Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) invites community organizations to
apply for the Commissioners Community Circle Award. The award is designed as a way for the
BOCC to highlight community organizations and programs for the outstanding
services they provide to the residents of Durham.
The
Commissioners Community Circle Award, based upon simple selection criteria, is
presented to organizations that exhibit excellence in the areas of productivity,
creativity and commitment to residents.
Recipients of the award have proven that the services they provide help
to improve the lives of residents and the overall enhancement of the Durham
community.
Selected
organizations are recognized during regular session meetings held by the
BOCC.
