Durham County Government - Employee Awards

The Health Department values and recognizes employees or teams of employees for performance above and beyond job expectations. All employees, with the exception of members of the LeadershipTeam, are eligible to be awarded. An award of $250.00 will be given to an employee or will be divided equally among a team of employees.

Nomination forms can be obtained from the division supervisor. The employee's supervisor and the Leadership Team review nominations. The winning nomination is announced at the following quarterly staff meeting and the award is presented at that time.
